The digital repository system is a suitable environment for projects of learning design in cooperation with the digital content authoring programs in a way that supports workflow procedures and rules of distribution among users.  It supports participation and cooperation in the production and sharing of content, publishing, versions and indexing of learning objects.

The Document Management System (DMS) customized by us will have dual funtionality.  First, it would work as desktop electronic archive.  All documents, regardless of format (including email), would be stored in an electronic repository, indexed for ease of search, assigned a retention period and would, then be made available for use.  Second, DMS would be used to minimize paper workflows within the office. DMS would enable workers to create, edit, route and approve documents without using paper, thus creating a paperless environment.
