Interactive and effective education content in term of summarization and animation is the key requirement of eLearning system. ACS would build an special application on the client demand which would assemble the instruction content and transform them into effective content. It would include simple “assemblers” to put together courses from previously prepared conventional content as well as highly professional tools allowing for animation, 3D modeling and the complete design of all course sequences and associated elements.

In creating a high-quality course, a combination of various tools would usually be employed. Multimedia elements would be prepared through specialized programs for creating and modifying images, animation, video or sound, and the resulting course would, then, be assembled through the chosen development tool(s) for elearning.

It would enable courses originators to develop and create learning objects in a significantly interactive way.  The main features would be:

  1. Easily create and customize audio elements as in flash program.
  2. Easy to use with the other utilities in building and developing the learning and training content.
Ability to use learning objects created in this system with the authoring tools programs.
