  • Using your computer network, your data is accessed via a broadband Internet connection. This affords you the best of all worlds. Your staff inputs all the data so you have complete control.
  • Patient data is protected in a disaster-prepared, redundant server environment. You never have to worry about data backup, software upgrades, server crashes etc., as this is all handled for you.
  • Our software is compliant with the Administrative Simplification provisions of HIPAA and adheres to the standards for electronic transactions and code set on October 16, 2000 and implemented on October 16, 2003.

  • You have access to a large computer, comprehensive software and full support - from anywhere - without owning a large computer and software.
  • You have the ability to generate reports, letters and claim forms to your printer anytime as needed. Optionally, claim forms and month end statements can be outsourced and mailed or delivered electronically for you.
• FULL SERVICES BILLING
  • This service allows the practitioner to concentrate on his or her expertise, while ACS performs the entire billing process. This includes picking up daily activity, entering the data into the computer, billing patients and third party payors, collections, banking, follow-up on delinquent accounts and producing all necessary reports.
    You'll still have access to online scheduling and patient data.
• OUR SOFTWARE
  • The Prodata software is much more than a billing system. ACS prefers to call it a Comprehensive Accounts Receivable Management System. The reports generated by our system offer you the tools to efficiently manage the business side of your practice.

    ACS provides continuous training on the system at no additional charge during the life of the agreement. We also conduct workshops on CPT/ICD-9 coding, collections, forms design, practice management, maximizing reimbursements from third party payors (especially Medicare), compliance to existing and impending regulations ( like HIPPA) and many other subjects that assist the client in running an efficient practice.
    
    ACS does not require any long term contracts. Most contracts include a 30-day cancellation clause.
