ACS offers two (2) different approaches to its clients, described as follows:

Online Billing
The Online Billing System option allows you to do your own billing from anywhere using our computer and CARE/DM software. Think of it as renting a computer and medical billing software.

You don't have to foot the bill for all new hardware or hire an IT staff to keep up with hardware & software upgrades and data backups. You'll also have access to our staff should you have billing or coding questions.

Full Service Billing
Full Service Billing is where we do your billing for you on our software or yours. Think of this option as renting your entire back office staff.

You don't have to put together a competent medical billing team, train them to use your software, fund the payroll and deal with turnover or covering for sick and vacationing employees.

The Online Billing tier of service offers solely the billing software and support thereof, allowing you to do your own billing "in-house". ACS provides the software and technical assistance and will even train your employees (existing & new hires) on how to use the software effectively. We have a support staff on call for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our support includes but is not limited to, maintaining our billing software with applicable updates; help with coding and billing techniques and ongoing training for you and your employees. This will ensure that your system operates at peak performance.

Using your computer network, your data is accessed via a broadband Internet connection. This affords you the best of all worlds. Your staff inputs all the data so you have complete control.

Patient data is protected in a disaster-prepared, redundant server environment. You never have to worry about data backup, software upgrades, server crashes etc., as this is all handled for you.

Our software is compliant with the Administrative Simplification provisions of HIPAA and adheres to the standards for electronic transactions and code set of October 16, 2000, implemented on October 16, 2003.

You have access to a large computer, comprehensive software and full support - from anywhere - without owning a large computer and software.

You have the ability to generate reports, letters and claim forms to your printer anytime as needed. Optionally, claim forms and month end statements can be outsourced and mailed or delivered electronically for you

In-house billing requires the doctor or billing company assemble and maintain a specialized team of coders, billers, data entry personnel, couriers, supervisors and managers. Maintaining this team can be costly in both time and money, which is why we offer a full service billing option.
